I reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. 🌙Thank you for considering me for your commission! By commissioning me, you agree to the terms below and confirm that you are of legal age and fully responsible for the request.

1. GENERAL 👓● I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason.● Commissioning me means you accept all terms outlined here.● You must be of legal age and capable of entering a paid agreement.2.COMMISSION TERMS 🎊● All commissions include personal use rights only by default.● Commercial use is available for +100% of the base price (double).● Need privacy? A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is available for $25.● I retain full rights to the artwork and may post it publicly or stream the process unless otherwise agreed.● Rejected sketches or stages may be reused elsewhere unless an NDA is active.● A processing fee may apply depending on your payment platform—it will always be reasonable and disclosed.3.PAYMENT 🃏● Full payment is required upfront for all commissions.All payments are made via VGen or approved platforms.

4.REVISIONS😴● Limited revisions are allowed during the sketch stage only.No major changes will be accepted once the final piece is underway or completed.Please be clear and specific with feedback to ensure accuracy.5.DEADLINES & DELIVERY🐉● Turnaround time can range from 1 day to 2 weeks, depending on complexity and queue.● Rush orders are available for an additional fee.● If you have a deadline, please notify me in advance—I cannot guarantee delivery otherwise.6.USAGE & RIGHTS💜● Artwork is for personal use only unless commercial rights are purchased.● You may NOT use my work for NFTs, AI training, or resale without commercial licensing.● You may repost your commission with credit; editing, tracing, or altering is not allowed.7.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY💕● I retain full ownership of all commissioned artwork.● I may post your commission on my social media, portfolio, or use it for promotional purposes.● Final files are delivered via the agreed platform. I am not obligated to store them long-term.8.COMMUNICATION & CANCELLATION🪷● All communication should be through VGen or your preferred messaging platform (Discord, Twitter, etc.).● If I don’t hear from you within 2 weeks, your commission may be put on hold or canceled.● No refunds will be issued after the sketch has been approved.
